1. About AllWeDo

AllWeDo is a privacy-first family organizer that helps families coordinate tasks, calendars, shopping lists, journals, habits, and chat. The app is designed to work offline-first, storing all data locally on your device.

2. Use at Your Own Risk

AllWeDo is provided as a family organizer tool. You use the app at your own risk. While we strive to keep your data safe through local storage and encrypted sync, you are responsible for maintaining backups of your important data.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create a family space. Children under 16 may use the app under parental supervision with a "child" role account managed by a parent or guardian.

4. User-Generated Content

All content you create within AllWeDo -- including calendar events, tasks, shopping lists, journal entries, chat messages, and photos -- remains entirely yours. We claim no ownership over your data. Since your data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it at all times.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers
• Reverse engineer or decompile the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

6. Subscription Terms

AllWeDo offers a free tier and a Premium subscription with additional features.

• Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's or Google's refund policies
• The Premium subscription applies to the entire family space

7. AI Assistant

AllWeDo includes an optional AI assistant. AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate. Do not rely on AI responses for medical, legal, financial, or safety decisions.

8. No Warranty

AllWeDo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The app will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Sync between devices will always be available
• Defects will be corrected in any specific timeframe
• The app is free of bugs or harmful components

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for Premium subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Data Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time:

• In the app: Settings → Reset App
• Online: allwedo.online/delete-account

11. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via an in-app notice at least 30 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Termination

We may suspend your access to the app if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your local data remains on your device.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
